Lead Capture Pop-up wont go away!

I've recently added the Lead Capture Pop-up to my website which on the whole looks good; however, unless a site visitor accepts our cookies the banner just keeps popping up on ever page even if they've clicked the delete cross button or No Thanks bar!

How can I get it so this pop-up doesn't constantly annoy visitors to our site for those who aren't interested in seeing it? This should be feasable without having to accept the cookies policy etc, surely? If it isn't then I'm going to delete this facility as it could potentially just frustrate visitors and deter them from looking around my site (I know I click straight off sites like that!).

For the record, I do have the pop-up set to show on a page once per visit.

Think I might have found the issue.
I had the 'do not display again after action button is clicked' ticked, but not the 'do not display again after pop up is closed'.
I'll see how that goes

Right, it's definately to do with the acceptance of the cookies, so if they're not accepted by the site visitor they get a popup every time they click another page. That's annoying...so is there anything that can be done to remedy it please?

Thanks for bringing this up. I'll add it to your Paypal issue you are experiencing and see if someone has a suggestion.

Yep, I had this problem the other day and this was the fix.
