Cannot send emails through Weebly Promote

I designed an email in Weebly Promote and at the end it asks you to send a TEST but then you are unable to send the email. What is wrong with Weebly Promote? Should I rather use MailChimp?

Ongoin issues. New customers be aware this service does not work properly.

Earlier today i got locked out too and could not access my database.

Always copy your database and do not leave in the hands of Weebly.

Pretty disspointing trying to run abusiness through Weebly while I keep paying a lot of money for this service.

This whole system with Promote Acellarate emails just does not function well. It is the biggest waste of money. And then when you have issues one cannot get hold of support. New customers should take note, use MailChimp instead.
