Blog posts into emails (or vice versa)

I asked Support for this feature, and it's not available yet, so I was curious whether anyone had found a work-around.

I would like to write something just once, then have it become both a blog post and a marketing email. Clearly I could do this with copy and paste but it would be better if I didn't have to do it that way, since I don't want to have to put the pictures in twice.

Any suggestions?

If you're using Promote you can include a blog post in your email without needing to retype it:
