Automated email not sending

I have created an automated email to be sent out when someone signs up to my newsletter. The email is to be sent immediately. However, I have tried three different email addresses and the email has not been recieved. It has NOT gone into junk. Can someone please help?

I need the automated email to be sent when someone submits their email via BOTH. How can this be done?

Hi @SueChap.

Can you go to your Newsletter page and drag a new "Newsletter Form" element to the page, then use that to replace the current form? It should be working with your automated email, so I'm wondering if just adding a new one will fix it.
