Is there a website in which you can adjust Weebly's theme on mobile?

Is there a way to adjust your weebly theme even if it is a responsive theme?

My Website looks cool when I use PC: https://johnpaulinso.weebly.com/

But, whenever I use Mobile phones, It looks very ugly because It is automatically responsive.

Any idea to adjust this?

We don't have any separate mobile controls right now, so there isn't any particular theme that would allow that. You can control content in some ways by using a couple apps from the App Center, though:

Are there any themes that allow you to turn off the mobile site? I want customers/visitors to see my full website when they visit. Thanks.

Not at this time, though I have seen a few people do this with a little bit of code.
