weebly domain and cant publish website

Hi I have a weebly domain but whhen I created my website it wont publish it says:

It appears that your domain is not properly setup to display your website. Please follow the domain setup instructions, or if you already have, allow up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate.

The instructions appear to be if I have a name from another place. Please help?

Unfortunately, it does not look like that domain is registered with us just yet. However, you can complete that registration by going here, https://www.weebly.com/home/domains, and pressing Register. You should be able to search that domain and complete registration. Once that is registered, we recommend republishing the website and giving it 48 hours to fully propagate.
