how to change from business plan to starter plan

I would like to downgrade www.skottiusa.com from the business plan to the starter plan.

I only see the option to upgrade the plan, not choose from all available plans.

Be easier (and make more sense) if the option to downgrade plans was also available instead only upgrading plans. Everyone is stuck doing the workaround of changing to a free site (that you don't want) and then "upgrading" to the site you do want. How about: click on plans, ALL plans show, select the one you want (upgrade or downgrade) - easy peasy.

Anyway..all set now. Thanks for the help!

I removed that Business hosting plan for you, @cif. You can now upgrade to the plan that works best for your website. 😊
