Thanks for joining, @Witinall!  Your shop looks nice- have you thought about adding the content from your original site to your shop site, then publishing that to your custom domain name so it's all loading from witinall.com?

Thank you, Adam!

I actually thought that my original site puts some people off, so I chose a different design and template on purpose! (I guess I should have done some market research first, huh?)  You see, I figured that not everybody likes flowers and colours and... (And not everybody has our great sense of taste!)

What I did do is add a tab on my original or main site which allows visitors to go to the shop via that route, in one easy step. But I'll think about putting the sites together maybe. I'll be doing some self-marketing (in a "blind date" event for businesses!) soon, so I'll try and get some feedback from people. (They'll probably all say the same thing as you did...)

I noticed you had linked between the two which should definitely help drive people from one to the other.  Good luck at the business event!

Hello from England, UK
Love Weebly and now loving the idea of this Weebly Community
I am using Weebly for personal enjoyment, but would like to make something more out of it in the future maybe, especially for my events and zoo photography, but right now, due to lack of funds, I am just taking things slowly and using the free options when and where I can.

Thanks again for setting up this communtiy. Looking great

Regards, Jay

We're fine up here, thanks @jaylethbridge... it's almost been warm today!  Hoping you're ok in Devon too - a beautiful part of our country!

@SusieO - Great to hear. Yes indeed, I just LOVE Devon, an awesome county to live in, in this country. I wouldn't want to live any where else to be honest.
I have Dartmoor National Park about 8 Miles drive away from my house. Exmoor is another hour or so away, as well as some of my favourire zoos and animal attractions close by as well. Some lovely hidden treasures down here in Devon. Also, some "great" harbours down here as well, especially a little further down the road in Cornwall. Another lovely place to visit.

All well and good down here in Devon. Thanks for asking

Regards, Jay

It sounds delightful @jaylethbridge!  We're very rural here and I live in a tiny village.  I once lived in the West Midlands and didn't like that at all.  We have to go to London once a month or so for work and I'm always very relieved to get home to the fields and country lanes!

As an aside, do you know of any otter sanctuaries around you?  We want to corporate sponsor one.  Would prefer it to be a pure otter sanctuary though, rather than one that just has a few otters.  Otter sanctuaries seem to be disappearing.

@SusieO - Only one that I know local to me (about 10 miles or so away) is the Butterfly and Otter Santuary in Buckfastleigh. A lovely place to visit as well Smiley Wink Good luck and keep up the awesome work.

I too live near the countryside also (hate the big cities) and, althiough having a few health issues at the moment, I do try and get out when and where I can, into the countryside of course

@jaylethbridge I've just checked out that otter sanctuary and it's exactly what we're looking for.  Mind you, they aren't very ambitious about their sponsorship (the requested amounts are too low) so I think we'll sponsor them all.

I'm reminded of an approach I made to a huge animal organisation, requesting details of their corporate sponsorship programme; they were so dictatorial and prescriptive that I told them to bog off!  This otter sanctuary appears to be the opposite and somewhat humble in their expectations.  I may buy an otter experience for the youngest son and girlfriend too.

Thanks, Jay, you've resolved my otter sanctuary search!

Sorry to hear you're unwell and I hope that you're on the mend very soon.

imageOtter captured at LIving Coast in Torquay, Devon..

@SusieO - You are most welcome and so happy to assist in your search for the right place. They are very good at what they do there. Definately worth the visit for sure.
Let me know if you are ever down this end for a visit and I will see what we (The Family) are doing for a meet up.

Keep me updated on what they say.

As a photographer (amateur at that), I have some "Otters Photos" that I have captured.
There "will" be some rules applied of course (Credits will be a "must", NO sales allowed, web safe size ONLY etc), but if you need one "donated", let me know.

Regards, Jay

@jaylethbridge Gosh what a gorgeous photo!  Thank you for the offer of photos and we may take you up on that!  Of course, credits/no sales/proper size etc goes without saying.

We may very well end up down your way in the not too distant future as we have clients in Truro who need a visit.

I've emailed the otter sanctuary regarding corporate sponsorship and will keep you abreast of what happens.

No Erin, thank you for setting it up. Would not be possible for us to "play" if it wasn't for that
Let the fun begin indeed

Hello my name is Samantha,

Growing up I thought I was having a normal childhood. That was until I was diagnosed with ADD. My elementary teachers chose to keep me separate from my class because I was different. They called me a "day dreamer" because I was learning at a slower speed than everyone else. Little did everyone know i was having small seizures called "petit mal seizures" also called "absence seizures", which basically meant I was blanking out mid-conversation (or lession). My body functions as it normally does but my neurons do not register enough for me to comprehend what is going on... skip a few years later and Im having my first "grand mal seizure" in P.E. My coaches had no idea what was going on nor what to do about it. All they knew was to call 911 and wait for EMS to arrive. Meanwhile, im flopping around on the gym floor being observed by all my peers.... Today, I am controlling my attacks by medication after years of trials and errors. I spend my days writing down anything and everything that comes to my mind because i know how valuable my thoughts are and how much my words could impact a life. I am here to tell you EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE FINE! If you are going through a similar situation as myself I encourage you to take my hand and I promise to always be here whenever you are looking for some words of ..... well I wouldn't call myself wise but experienced in this matter. In the future i plan on designing shirts, bracelets, calendars and other items to support research in seizure treatment and development. I honestly believe together, we could bring awareness to the world. Teaching everyone that it's ok to be different. That's what makes you wonderful! You are not alone in this, you will be in charge of your life again not because of pills or treatments but because YOU said so! With Christ all is possible for you are fearfully and wonderfully made!

Join me in my movement and together we will be #SEIZURESTRONG !
