Multiple Sites
I own a small franchise company, currently 10 stores and growing. I want to create simple websites for each franchisee and then transfer it over to them for management. Each franchisee is responsible to pay the monthly fee and any domain costs etc.
What is the best way to go about this? Should I have one account with mulitple domains? Do I need to set up seperate accounts for each store?
Please advise.

Hello, @devabob!
Congratulations on your growing business! Ten and growing is quite a feat!
Since each franchisee will be responsible for payment. I recommend that you create a brand new account for each franchisee's website. Since it will be a separate account, they will have their own personal password. Allowing them the safety of storing credit card data for recurring payments. It would also give them easy access to the website and even create additional sites, for other purposes in the account.
What if I need to access the franchisee's site?
That can be done very easily with Weebly. You can invite yourself to be an editor on the newly created site in the franchisee's account. If anything needs to be modified or updated on the site, that the franchisee is unable to do on their own. You will be able to do it for them, but directly from within your account.
How do I become an editor?
After you create the brand new account and website. Click the 'Settings' tab and then the 'Editors' link on the left. Once there, you can add your main account email address as an admin. You will be sent an email inviting you to edit the site. Log out of the new account, click the invite link in the email. Then sign into your main account. You will then see the new site in your sites list, as a site you contribute to. Learn more here: https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/201696487-Invite-Other-People-to-Help-Edit-a-Site
Be sure that you let the franchisee know not to remove you as an editor, in their agreement as a franchise owner. This ensures that you always have access.
I find this method to be the best. Simply, because building them all in one account will limit you quite a bit. First, each Weebly account allows for the creation of a maximum of ten websites. There would not be a way for the francisee's to pay for their fees, without having access to your entire account or giving you their credit card information. Neither of which are ever a good idea. Allowing the franchisee to control the account will keep them and yourself happy, with less stress on both of you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
