Contact Form Not Working

The contact submission form on the website is not working for the link: https://www.cemcrete.co.za/contact-us.html

I have done multiple test forms from different emails and I have only received one of them but not the rest of the forms throughout the day. Please advise if these forms will be lost and if there is a way to retrieve them.

In cases like these, we recommend a few things. First, make sure to check your emails junk folder to make ensure they did not get routed there. After that, try resaving the contact form and republishing the website. 

On another note, if you are trying to send through multiple contact form submissions from the same server, our system will register that as a spam attack and not show you the results.
