transfering my domain away from weebly

I am trying to transfer my domain out of weebly, but the authorisation code comes up as being incorrect when I enter it into the new provider.

I have emailed weebly several times for help but had no response.

Please tell me how I can get assistance with getting a correct code.

Hi @TD4 It looks like you spoke with our social team and successfully connected the domain name to the new hosting company. Regarding the physical transfer (i.e. billing) of the domain, a rep will need to verify the assigned authorization code with our advanced support team. This may need to be escalated to a special domains team, but a rep will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Thanks for the reply, however I have been waiting over 2 weeks for someone to get back to me. Is there anyway to speed up the process

I'm not able to expedite the ticket due to the high volume queues at this time, but I'll see if I can reach out to the rep currently assigned to the ticket so that they are fully aware of the issue at hand. This will hopefully cut back on any back and forth. Did Go Daddy give you have a specific timeframe to complete the transfer? Your domain does not expire until December and appears to be properly pointing to your Go Daddy site.
