Thanks for reaching out, @billiewattle It looks like your domain name expired in January and needs to be re-registered. Your most recent purchase was for the hosting plan, but both services should have been renewed.
You can register the domain by clicking the dropdown in the top right corner of the dashboard, and then clicking on Domains > Register a Domain
You have a 1 year domain registration credit that will automatically apply towards the purchase. Once the domain is registered it can take up to 24-48 hours to work on the live site.
