Hello @JeremySinkus!

You don't actually have to submit your domain anywhere. Some of the automated submitters, 'free' services require that you enter a valid email address, and it turns into what I call a spammed inbox. Others, require that you place a widget on your site to use their service.

My personal recommendation and it has worked for me for as long as I can remember, is to sign up for Google Webmaster Tools, which will submit your URL to Google and sign up for Bing's Webmaster Tools, which submits you to Bing, MSN, AOL, ASK.COM & Yahoo.com.

All of the smaller search engines pick up content from the larger engines. So just by getting verified by Google and Bing, you are all set. It just takes some time.

The following article on our help site shows the exact steps to get verified with Google Webmaster tools.

Once you get the verification completed, visit this site to learn how to request a site crawl. That can help speed up the process.

Click the link below to sign up and get verified by Bing:

The verification process is basically the same for Bing. Copy the meta tag they provide you and paste it underneath the Google Webmaster Tools code. Separate them by a few lines so they don't overlap. You can learn a lot more about how to use Bing's tools here: https://www.bing.com/webmaster/help

You will also need to know your sitemap address. It is http://www.customdomain.com/sitemap.xml and for Weebly subdomains it is http://yourname.weebly.com/sitemap.xml

Your robots.txt file can be accessed like this

http://www.yourdomain.com/robots.txt http://yourname.weebly.com/robots.txt

Make sure you have added a descriptive title and keywords to every single page in your site. That is done under the 'Pages' tab. Click the first page and select 'Advanced'. Repeat for every page. Note that the information you enter on each page should only be relevant to that page and not the entire site. Usiing those same keywords throughout your website in articles, high quality content and updating your site regularly will help you get ranking qucker. Search engines love sites that are updated regularly, they always rank higher than those that are not.

Lastly, give it time. It can weeks to months before the site can be searchable via keywords but don't give up. Keep working on it.
