Weebly Connect Site Error Messages

I have Weebly Connect Site Plan for my personal website and blog. The URL is www.caringaboutquotes.com

I am able to use the Dashboard/Website Builder but get this message when I try to Publish:

Your new domain is not yet setup. Please allow 48 hours for the setup process to complete.

Your old subdomain caringaboutquotes.weebly.com now forwards to your new domain name.

When I try to load my site, I receive this message:

This site can’t be reached
www.caringaboutquotes.com’s server IP address could not be found.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

My Weebly account is paid for until April 3, 2021. I have had the URL:  www.caringaboutquotes.com since April 3, 2019.

Could someone explain why this is happening?

Thank you.

Our Registrar was having some DNS issues last night that they have since resolved. Hopefully those weren't caused by any actual gremlins. Smiley Happy

It's working fine now. It must have been the cyber gremlins at work.

Happy Thanksgiving to those in the USA!

HELP! I can't get onto weebly help what so ever! I can't put in a ticket because the site doesn't work! I've been on hold on the phone for around 40 min already!
I can't email because they said they can't help in email!

So HOW does a person get help from weebly when you can't get into the account??????
WHICH IS THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING..

I deleted out all cookies and data. I tried again. Same thing. I tried Firefox, Edge, Chrome and Internet Explorer. NONE can get online.
I tried different computers. Nope!
I can sign in.
Then I get this.

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.weebly.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

So tell us HOW do we get help when the site doesn't work? HOW??
THis is a really stupid way to do business!
To get help you must sign in and go to the help center... to go to the help center the site needs to be working. But the only way to get help is to go to the help center. But the help center just goes to the error. But the only way to get help is to go to the help center! But the help center gets an error. See the frustration?

Nothing I can do gets past it.

I'm sorry for the frustration. I can't duplicate the error you are seeing. Can you log in but not load the editor itself? Or do you see the error when you first login and before the dashboard loads?

Hi David. This error usually indicates an issue with the internet connection. Do you have a second internet service you can test? Mobile data is usually a quick and easy way to confirm if it is an ISP issue. Can you also please confirm your internet service provider?

hi Adam

so I contact Weebly about this issue last week. it's been ongoing for my client this last year. Weebly support couldn't help because by the time someone was available on chat to help the URL was working again but this is the error message after up to 30 seconds of the site trying to connect to the server that we get

This site can’t be reached
www.littleoasisequine.com’s server IP address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I have no idea why this is happening and it is affecting my clients business.
the domain is purchased yearly from Weebly which makes it even more of a mystery.
If you could help we'd sure appreciate it!
if the URL is working when you try please try back periodically throughout the day and I'm sure the error will happen.
This happens on EVERY BROWSER and on pc and mac and mobile.

thanks!

Are you still having trouble with that site, @jsequoia? I checked your site and it's loading fine for me when I check.

I've been checking periodically and have yet to have had a problem getting it to load. Do you and your client use the same internet provider by chance?
