URGENT - Customer Service
I have been waiting over a week for a reponse from Weebly.
How can I get someone to reply and actually fix my issue?
I have emailed "customer service" and posted in the Community and a week later I am still waiting......

I'm sorry about that, @anniem. It looks like your previous community post was dropped out of our open queue, so we did not see your request. Do you get the error when you try to assign the domain name? I don't see a custom domain name linked to your website. Can you please confirm the address and provide a screenshot of your domain dns panel? Thanks!

Thanks for replying. I've been trying to connect for weeks.
Yes when I try to connect the domain I get the error message.
A square rep tried to help, but did a typo so I had to unpublish. I am trying to connect www.threebranches.com.au
