Remove the FOOTER on a SINGLE PAGE ONLY

I've tried everything, but can't get the footer to go away - this is just for one page I'm trying to integrate with Kartra. Any ideas? 

I want only INPUT info as the ONLY button. I don't want the option to go anywhere else but the Call-to-action button thus want no buttons on the bottom of the page except perhaps text links for Privacy | affiliates but this will be different (custom) from my regular footer.

Do you have the "splash" page type for your theme for pages on the Pages tab, @ARRiiVE? Some themes have this as an option in addition to header/no header, and that page type doesn't include the footer.
