Good morning,
On July,22th I received an email saying my domain was about to be extended automatically and that I had nothing to do.
On August, 5th, I got an other email saying Weebly was not able to extend it and asking for the payment.
I did it, paid 96USD, taken on my bank account on August, 6th and I received an email for my purchase confirmation : purchase number : 990419574155106055 ; account number :39629897, name PAULIE DOGS.
And then on August, 9th, I received another email saying my domain was about to expire and that I had to pay, AGAIN????
We are September, 22th and now my website is OFFLINE.
Please HELP

Hi Pauline. Your site uses two services: domain registration and website hosting. You renewed the hosting plan, but the domain name still needs to be renewed. You can renew by clicking the dropdown in the top right corner, then Account>My Services. There will be an "extend" link next to your domain name.
I did notice that you renew your domain name every two years and that it was using our old domain billing price. I was able to convert it for you, so the renewal rate will be about half of what you previously paid.

Hi Bernadette,
Thank you sooooo much for your help, I thought it was the same thing as the email seemed to lead to the same link so I thought I had to pay twice the same thing....
Everything is in order now, I paid the correct thing and my website is now working!!!
