I would like a refund and cancel subscription

Hi,

I have signed up for a professional website plan, but after a few hours playing with it, my partner in China notified me that they cannot access the website. Which defeat the whole purpose of using weebly for a quick and easy web design. Can you refund my professional site plan subscription, but I am keeping my performace plan.
