I wish to add two fields to a std form....

I have used a std Weebly Form to get feed back but would like to know how I add two fields to the form that are sent when the form is submitted??

1) Subject line with the text already entered.

2) a Date of submission example <todays date> DD/MM/YYYY

Hi @CarlFoster. Can you explain what you mean by "subject line with the text already entered"? If you are on a Starter plan or higher you should be able to add additional form fields.
