How do I verify my account without a cell phone number?

I dont exactly have my own cellphone so I tried a texting app and that didn't send a text to let me verify the account. Besides I dont personally like giving out such personal information online due to all the hacking.

How can I have my account verified without giving weebly more of my personal information?
