How do I manage Blog Archives

I only see two entries under my Blog Archives. The Current month (which shouldn't yet be archived) and July.  Is it possible to get my other June blog post to show up there or to add old newsletters which will show up under the "Blog Archives" header in the sidebar?

Those should all be getting updated automatically, although it wouldn't hurt to publish your whole site again just to make sure.

I can't see how to nest them by Year automatically - when you have many months the list is too long.

The blog will automatically show months and categories only. 

You could create a Category for each year as a workaround.
