How do I implement a gated download?

I would like to implement gated file downloads on my website. For example: enter your name and email address to download this whitepaper.

Probably the easiest way is to create a new page containing your downloadable content. Hide it from your navigation and from search engines so it doesn't mess with your SEO. Set a password for the page. After you've got the name & email via a contact form, you can send the respondent the page link and the password.

What Gary suggested is what I would have said. You can actually set the form to redirect to the page if you are okay with not password protecting the page. Otherwise, you would need to use the Promote marketing tool and use the automation option on the Grow plan.
