How do I delete old uploaded images

Yesterday I downloaded my website archive and found very old images associated with a page that I deleted long back inside a TEMP folder. How do they end up saved? How can I delete these images that I no longer want. Moreover How can I organise all uploaded images on the site iteself so this hassle goes away?

Hi @ZigDrone We would need to permanently remove the images from our servers, but we can only do this with written permission. If you provide the full file name while logged in here, one us mods (myself, Adam, or Sayra) can remove for you. Or, you can submit a ticket from the bottom of our Help Center. 

We do not have a file manager available in the editor at this time. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks for the reply. I have already submiited a ticket via email couple of days back, but there has been no reply.

Can I give the images full names here so you can support in getting rid of the same? The images are under Background-images folder in the downloaded archive. Also they are duplicated inside Thumbs and Temp folder as well!

How many images are there, @ZigDrone? We can take care of it provided there aren't too many of them.

When do you forsee the user being able to manage the images in the gallery? I have photos that are taking up space and need to be deleted, and it's unfortunate (inconvenient) that we can only be helped if the amount of images is low.

It's hard to say when that might be added, but if there are specific images you need deleted we can take care of that for you. Feel free to let our customer support team know and they can remove them for you.
