How do I delete embedded element that is at the bottom of everyone of my pages on website

I was trying to embed an element from SurveyMonkey.  I placed it embed in the body of the page and showed up there but also at the bottom of everyone one of my pages on my site.  There is no way to delete it, and it does not appear to show up when I publish.  I removed the original embedded element, but the element is still at the bottom of each page in my Weebly editor.     Also here is the link to my site https://teachingdigcitizenship.weebly.com/

Looks like I fixed it myself.  I made a copy of my site and then when I went back into my original site the element was gone.  I had tried to sign in out of site before I wrote my original post but I did not think about leaving my site by way of the "manage site" tab which seemed to do the trick.
