How do I change the color of option buttons and checkboxes to white?

I've been able to change the comment boxes and drop down form, but can't figure out the coding to change only the option buttons and checkboxes to white (not the entire text)

Is it literally only the checkboxes and select circles themselves that you want white?

Thank you for clearing it up, yes! I like the blue text, and the comment boxes that are already white. I just need the circle and checkboxes white.

(Also, while I'm here) Is there a way to delete the grey footer at the bottom of my page?
