I have a business plan, which is supposed to come with email support and phone support. But I've looked everywhere, including the Contact Us link, which opens an automated chat box, but nowhere to get email or phone support. So, how do I go about getting support? I'm not a newbie when it comes to computers, but there is no place to get support!
Our website is not working, and there are three people's jobs depending on it...
