Failed to verity my account through sms cause weebly kept telling me my number, which I am 100% sure I entered it correct, is valid. After I wrote an email to the support center, the respond was that my site is forever disable. seriously is a disabled site the respond to all the similiar request you received?

What's the name of the website you are tyring to verify? We might need to make a change to your account for you.

I supoose you meant the website I created again after the last one was disabled or? the recent one is https://demainsurlabarricadetrading.weebly.com/ and the disabled one was demainsurlabarricade.weebly.com

Thanks for the info. Looks like the site needs some more content added before that option will be removed. Please do reach out once you have edited the website more, though.
