Extend Images to Edge of Frame/Section?

In Weebly's basic templates, is it possible to extend an image to the edges of frames/sections like this, to make it full width with a text box beside it?

Hi @kellirmarshall I think there's an app called Boo Slider or X Slider that will do this. https://www.weebly.com/app-center/search/boo%20slider

If you are familiar with html/css you could probably adjust the padding.
