Hello. Currently I have a domain and website with another company. I'm not happy with my website with the other company. I would like to transfer my domain and publish the website from weebly with my current website address. What is the process? Do I close my website at the other company first and then make the transfer? What are the costs?
Also, I have 5 emails with that company from my website. Can I have emails with the same address with weebly? How is the process? So basically, I want to transfer my domain, ,y website address and my email addresses to weebly.
Thanks

Hey @PHopkins! While we can accept domain transfers, we can't accept email transfers so you would need to maintain your email through your current provider.
There's a couple of ways you can proceed with your domain and use it with a site:
1. Transfer the domain to us so you manage and renew the domain through your Weebly account.
2. Keep the domain where it is and update the DNS records to point to us
The second option requires upgrading the site to a paid plan and the first does not. If you were intending to upgrade anyway and choose yearly plan, it comes with a coupon for a one year registration that you can use to transfer the domain. You can see a comparison of plans here:

Hi @pdm32 There is a current issue with domain transfers going through. Until the issue is resolved you will want to point the domain name to your Weebly site.
