I'm so confused. I purchased what I thought was a website and domain for 2years at £72 spent ages creating my website (some user guide videos would really help with this, I couldn't find any help and I really struggled). Anyway, happily went to press 'publish' and now it says I need to buy the domain name my receipt states I own? Am I missing something? I thought it was all included. So frustrating.

I'm sorry for the confusion, @LucyF. It sounds like you purchased the hosting plan, but still needed to register the domain name. It looks like you were able to do this, as I see your site is connected to a domain and properly loading.
