Be able to edit the mobile version separately from the desktop version

The top menu bar ending with computer/mobile views is there in edit Blog but disappears when i open a draft post to edit. The author I work for says no caption-on-hover appears on her mobile when checking the draft. How can I see mobile version when editing blog post draft?

Are you referring to the mobile preview, @Kay1? I don't think we designed it so you could see that when editing a blog post due to how editing blog posts functions.

Yes, I find that hover-to-see-caption works on computer but not on mobile. Am I right? Thanks.

oops didn't edit but wrote new post about hover-to-see-caption not working on mobile (in Gallery)--looks great on laptop.
