What specific schema markup did you want to add? All of it would need to be done in the theme editor (Theme > Edit HTML / CSS).

Best way is just use an online code generator and paste the code in the footer of the page you want schema.

Example site for code generartor:

Hi

The JSON-LD code (which is the version of Schema markup that Google recommends) should be inserted into the head of the page

That can be done by going to the Pages Tab, select the Page you want to add the markup to, then select SEO Settings. The bottom box is "header code" . I would recommend adding the code in there

Also, there are new schema being recognized by Google now - this tool generator is completely up to date, and allows for easy validation with Google's own validation tool

Just select the schema you want from the drop down list, fill in the boxes and go!
