Hi
I don't think abandon cart is working.
Test email works
But i tried my personal email in store and i did not get a abandon cart email.
My business account is Ready Mum/ www.readymum.com.au
Please help

Hi @ABF How far into the checkout process did you get? The email will only send if the first box on the checkout screen is filled out. I added something to the cart and will confirm if I receive the email.

Hi I did the first box and tried second box but did not get an email.

I just checked my email and I don't see the email either. Can you please submit a request to our support team? A rep may need to consult with advanced support on this one.
I'm also testing the cart once more and will let you know if anything changes. Perhaps there was a glitch this weekend that prevented the emails from going on.
To submit a ticket to support, visit our Help Center and scroll down to the bottom of the screen where it says "contact us".
