Has anyone else on here had a problem with 301 redirect disappearing.
I have been working on a site for the last month, a large site with over a thousand 301 redirects required.
Was set to swap to new domain and launch next week, however...
Yesterday I went to the SEO section and ALL of the 301 redirects had vanished.
The issue has been sent by support to the tech team and I am waiting response.
However Weebly support say that they believe 301 redirects wont be save on the zip backs ups I have - I hope they are wrong and that tech can help!
I could spend a whole week re-adding them again but am now very worried it could happen again.
Anyone had a similar experiance, or know if they do back up the SEO 301 redirects anywhere? The support say they personality havent seen this before but some other sites must have added load of 301s before? Or was that section overloaded with over 1k and crashed?
If this issue is a bug / problem with weebly, then for sites that rely on a large number of 301 redirects to maintain their ranking then I don't see how weebly can be fit for purpose?
