Embedded Paypal buttons look fine within Weebly build, but don't work once published

I created three Paypal buttons for this page http://www.redriverobedience.org/club-classes.html. All three buttons look correct within the building platform on Weebly, but only the first one works once published. The Puppy Kindergaten seems to show up correctly after published, but Beginner I and the Canine Good Citizen buttons show the prices without any payment options. Comparing codes, they seem consistent. I have deleted and reinserted the codes several times within Weebly and republished, but they still don't work.

Hi there 👋 We cannot troubleshoot third party code, however, I only see one Paypal button on the page. Can you post a screenshot of what you see from your end? Are all of the embedded codes exactly the same?
