i have an online retail site for equestrian goods. Is there a way i can offers links on products.

We have collections ( front boot, back boots, fly cap, saddle pads), is there a way i can put on products if you buy two of the items 5% off, three items 10%, four items 15%.

Generally speaking, you'd want to use coupon codes to apply discounts on products. They do offer a good bit of flexibility, as you can apply them to certain products or sets of products. In this case, however, it may be easier to offer sets as their own individual products, as that will give you finer control over which items are purchased with which.
