google analytics EXTERNAL LINKS is showing an un natural number of links to ..caucases.html yet all coming from weebly and from my own pages.
also shows internal links to CAUCASES yet there are no links. there may have been in the past, 5 or 6 but 53?? and shows links from pages i just created. and there are no links to CAUCASES what so ever..
i switched from http to https. i want to upgrade to get my own domain but not until i have these duff links sorted
can you shed a light on this ? regards

I think the domain is "weebly.com" because Google treats subdomains as part of the root domain; in other words a link to that page from on your site would have a the originating domain as Weebly.com because your site is a subdomain of that. That's just a guess, though. Was that every a featured post?

hi. i think what happened is that i managed to move certain pages up thus replacing HOME with Caucases or West Africa and others and cos of the switch to https it got GA confused. its settling down now as GOOGLE crawls my site.
thank you anyways.
regards .
ps am thinking to upgrade to get my own domain.

Yes - if you change your site address from a subdomain to a custom domain we automatically forward traffic. Be sure to just change the address and publish again; if you un-publish in between it might not do that.
