can someone hit the button to activate this gsuite please? I get the "Your account has not been verified. Ask your Google Workspace administrator to verify the domain associated with your account. Find your administrator" message-

Im not able to get to the TOS page. This is not my first gsuite and never had this problem before. I thought going directly through weebly would be easier that manually adding the MX records.

I've made your user an admin, @lucasnicolussi. Can you use the Admin link on the G Suite page of your account (it's under the "..." button next to the "go to inbox" link). You should be able to log in and get instructions to verify the domain now.

Adam, I am having the same issue. 

Domain is pierhealthpt.com. I signed up for a Google Workspace account through Weebly and it is giving me the message of "this G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email account." It has been 5 days. No email access and Im the only admin.

Thank you for reaching out to us about this! It looks like this issue could be occurring because the website connected to the Google Workspace account is not published. I recommend publishing the website, after that logging into the Google Workspace account in an incognito browser to see if the email works! Please let me know if it still is not working for you after that!

Hi @Dani_G @Bernadette @Adam, I'm having the same issue when I attempt to log into google workspace - "Your account has not been verified. Ask your Google Workspace administrator to verify the domain associated with your account." My website has been published and the domain is www.hakunacrew.com.au.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm if you have logged into the Google Admin page first? You will need to log into the admin page to verify the domain, and accept the terms of service before you can log into the Google Workspace account for email.

Hello,

I tried to set up two professional email addresses. I followed the procedure to create mchambers@hackhustleacademy.org. I received a message that it was successful but it would take up to 24 hours. It has been 72 hours.

I'm not able to log in to my Google Workspace account. 

I received the same error:

This Google Workspace account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your e...

I was able to verify that I own the domain.

After I verified my domain, I attempted to set up info@hackhustleacademy.org and received this error:

Error: Request failed with status code 500

Domain: hackhustleacademy.org

The email I attempted to set up is mchambers@hackhustleacademy.org. I also tried to set up info@hackhustleacademy.org.

I am not able to use these email addresses. I selected the 15-day trial but I haven’t had a chance

To use them.  Trial date started 2/9/22.

Please help fix this

Thanks for reaching out! I checked with the team, and they made a change on the backend which should allow you to log into admin.google.com so you can finish the setup. Can you please check again?

Hi Frances,

We are having the same issue at volcanotech.org, with this message: Your account has not been verified. Ask your Google Workspace administrator to verify the domain associated with your account. Find your administrator, and I can't log in as an administrator to resolve the issue. Please can you make me a super admin, as you have done for others, so that I can log in and unstick this issue?

Please note that I have also messaged Adam with this issue, just so you know.

Can you please confirm if you have tried to login through admin.google.com with your email address and password? If you have multiple email boxes you are setting up, the first email you created would be the admin email.
