It's possible it might be your email provider blocking our emails; we have had issues with that particular provider blocking emails in the past. Do you have a different email address you can use for your account?

I've changed to Gmail and sent a test email but that hasn't come through. Tried to change back and it swys there is an account already using that email

I've fixed it so you can change back to the other email if you want, although I'm surprised that you didn't get the test order notification email. I see you had orders yesterday - did you get any emails for those?
