Product category or sub-category

I have sub categories I think on my website, which when I created it someone helped me to do. It wasn't as easy as doing it through the back office, I remember I did something on the website editing page. I want to add another sub category but I don't know how. When I use the back office part it doesn't work. My website is obsidianbutterfly.co.uk
