Need help for setup email on my site

Hi LOU8, It is about the website I just build for Philadelphia Church Amersfoort. I upgraded to a plan and did choose for the following domain name: phcham.com When I do publish the website at this domain name. Everything is fine and I got the following message. Add Email with Google Workspace.  When I fill in the details like [Personal Information Redacted]  (the required email address) and a password. I got the following message. Oops HTTP request failed. I have no idea what I do wrong.

Next to this, I have already a second question. 

At the website there is a contact form. I tried several times to fill in the form and pushed Submit but I do not receive a message at the given email address in the button ([Personal Information Redacted] ) I also tried other email addresses but I don't get a message from the contact form. ???
