Hello,
I am unable to fix the Browser title of my website. I have changed the page title on the SEO settings, but every time I search, it shows differently (see pictures for reference), it does not show the full name. I have tried searching in different devices, but still happens the same. Is there any way to fix this? Is it related because I am using a free domain?

Since search engines aren’t updated in real time, and their search results won’t immediately display any recent changes you’ve made to the SEO title and description of your Weebly site. It can take anywhere between a few days to several weeks for a change to be reflected in search engine results.
If you see outdated search results appear on Google and would like them removed, I suggest checking Goggle's support center article about removing outdated content from Google search results. Alternatively, you can contact their support team directly.
