They asked me these questions , I replied, and now not getting back to me.

I can not even sign in to my website. I am also not getting the email to reset my password. This is for another website, not this one, I had to create a new account to be able to get help. I don't know who to contact anymore.

I went to check in on your email conversation with our Support team using the reference number you included and it looks like an agent sent you instructions to recover your password a couple of days ago. 

 

Were you able to regain access to your account?
