How do I transfer (maybe copy and paste) one page (the home page) to another (currently blank)?

Hi @cryptogram , I can't see the screenshots you've attached, but it sounds like you might have a Weebly website ?
If that's the case, the layout is different than Square Online. You can however still duplicate a page. To do this, just click on the Pages tab and select the page you want to copy from your list of pages in the sidebar, then use the Copy button to generate a copy of the page.
This will generate a new page at the bottom of your list of pages, with the same name as the original page. Click on the page to change its name and other settings, then click Done.
I hope this helps !

Hi @cryptogram, thanks for posting 👋.
I'd be happy to help but I'm not sure I understand your query. Are you looking at duplicating a page of your Square Online website ?

Hallo Lou8, At the new year it has been my habit to turn the home page of the old year into another page, with the heading as the old year, and starting a new home page. Is there a quicker way to do this rather than moving each item separately? I would like to copy and paste the whole page and restart the home page.

Thanks for providing additional details @cryptogram .
You're able to duplicate any pages of your website and edit the content afterwards. To do so, log in to your Square Online Overview Page and access the website editor. Go to your home page, click on the gear icon then Duplicate Page.
You'll find more information about managing your Square Online website pages here. Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂.

Trouble is, Lou8, that I still don't see the icon. Here are screenshots of what I'm seeing. What am I doing wrong?
Doh! Can't see how to do that!!

Many thanks Lou8. I should have realised!
BTW what's the difference between a Weebly site and a Square site?
Also, I didn't attach any pics last time because I could see how to! How do I?

The website editor and functionalities might be different. In addition Square Online is linked to your Square account, meaning you can take online payments or sync your inventory across your brick and mortar shop and your website for example. If you want to learn more about Square Online, I suggest heading to our website and checking all the features available on the different plans here !

OK Thanks Lou. The website was originally set up by someone else and I have taken over the webmastership some time ago. I don't know why Weebly was chosen, but it seems to work fine. We don't trade at all. Just provide info about our village activities.

Thanks beckyricee. However, I don't really want to redirect anyone. I simply want to move the page lock stock and barrel. Actually, I've now done it piecemeal, but thanks anyway.
