weebly g suite email account vanished!

Hi, can you please assist how do I renew the subscription for weebly g suite. Apparently, my renewal didn't go through and I have been locked out of the email account and surprisingly the whole email account has vanished.

Please help me to resolve this issue, as my important emails are all in the account.

Hi @Pururaman I don't see Gsuite service in the account you are logged into. What is the domain name, please?

I am having the same porblem.  nypcpa.com is the domain.

Hi there. It looks like the service expired in December. You should be able to renew it by clicking on GSuite/Email tab from the main dashboard. You will see prompts to reactivate the service.
