unable to cancel subscription

or - I thought I had cancelled the automatic renewal for a monthly personal website plan on my website, but it's been suspended/unpublished as of yesterday (I think !). I've been struggling to find how to reaffirm the plan's cancellation, the only options available from My Services page are to extend/add payment information. The website is still hosted on a subdomain, and I'd like to please revert to the free plan, if possible - after a trial run, the personal plan wasn't quite right for me ! ;;;

Hey there, I tried to log in to cancel my subscription, it says "off" instead of a cancelation option. If I cancel my starter subscription before the 30 days, will I still be able to transfer my domain? If yes, that would be great. If not, do I still get a refund If I cancel my subscription once I'm able to transfer the domain which is locked now do to the ICANN policy?

Hi @RemanenteFiel We can only return a domain name to the public registrar within 5 days of registration. After the 5 days the domain is locked for 60 days, although you can still point of connect the domain to a third party hosting company if you prefer. We can definitely help you out with the hosting refund, though. Please let us know how you wish to proceed. Thanks!

Yes, please proceed to cancel our most recent starter plan. Please, make sure the domain is kept, we have pointed it outside Weebly. Our other starter/pro account is ok for now. Lastly, please check our other starter/pro plan account if they are not hacked, we sent you an email, no response yet, they are showing some pdf files being indexed on Google Webmaster that we've never uploaded and they seem to be dangerous files.

I've canceled and refunded your recent starter service, @RemanenteFiel, but left everything else including the domain intact. Regarding those PDF files, this is an issue our Policy team will resolve, but just so you are aware those files are not actually in your account. Can you send me a PM with the URL of the files? I didn't see that in the email case you submitted.

I've also been trying this whole past month to cancel my subscription . This program isn't right for my business and would hate to have to report it to my bank instead of just canceling it . Please help someone ! No calls go through.. noone is replying to me .

I am seeing alot of 2 and 3 year old posts here now.  I am wondering if this service is still available to us Weebly payors.  I have transferred my domain and built an entirely new word Press site elsewhere.  I want to cancel my subscription for Pro Site and close out everything that I have pertaining to Weebly.  If someone can direct me about how to do that or to assist with doing it, that would be great!

I am trying to cancel a renewal that went through yesterday (I tried to cancel it yesterday). I have been ill with covid and unable to cancel before renewal but funds have gone out of my account yesterday.  Can anyone tell me how I can contact some person instead of an algorithm to reverse the process and get my money back?  Thankyou

It looks like the renewal was for your hosting plan. Since your site is still active I will not be able to process the refund for you. Our support team can help you out with the refund, and can go over your options for the site. 

You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.
