What is really going on with Customer Service Lack of Help is Ridiculous

My site has been automatically paid for with prescription. But even though I alerted Customer Service 3 weeks ago my site still offline and no response back, when sent receipt 🧾 of apple transaction. My Year has been paid but I will definitely be looking to close my account and move on to another website service.

Apologies for the long hold times. We've seen a dramatic increase in volume due to the current state of affairs.
