Verification of my account !!!

On Weebly, I have made this blog, it looked so good and was excited to publish. When hititng publish, it asks to verify my account, clicking that and then it takes me to another window (once every blue moon). Then, on this page, it asks me for my "country" and "mobile number". I enter in the details and then the message that pops up is "There was an error handling your request". 
I don't know why this says this and why it's happening but I want to be able to publish my blog very soon please.

The same thing is happening to me.  I need this for my class and I don´t have a cell phone.  Can you help?
