URGENT: Email forms not working- My customers contact forms are not receiving the email forms

Hi, I am a Weebly reseller and many of my customers email forms are not working as in, the forms are not being emailed to the customer as well as my website contact form also not being emailed to me after a user fills in the contact form. I have only had this issue in the last 2 days. I did troubleshooting as in using incognito browser in my Google Chrome browser, creating a new contact form in the website but didn't make a difference and the forms are still not being emailed through of the forms. The sent forms aren't even showing in history in the builder. 

I have submitted a ticket but wondering is anyone else experiencing the same issue where the email/contact form in their website contact form are not being emailed to them? My website contact form isnt working either and I am not receiving the form email.  This is urgent. I am yet to hear back from weebly customer support.

Weebly still havent got back to me re all my customers websites email forms not working including my website. THIS IS URGENT. I am getting heaps of complaints. I have over 50 customer websites and they are not getting the contact form emails and they arent being stored in the editor either for them to check. Please someone get back to me. This is urgent. Hi Michael. I totally understand the urgency and I'm incredibly sorry you have not heard back from anyone yet. I do see you submitted the tickets through your reseller account this morning, and they have been assigned to the proper team. We did have an open bug for something that sounds very similar to this, but I'm not sure how widespread it was. It seemed to be an intermittent issue. There's not much I can do for you right now, but if you want to post a link to one of the pages with a contact form I can at least test it out for you.

Please get this sorted. Contact forms get used every single day and my customers can lose business which I don't want to be blamed for and then I could be sued for loss of business from my customers.

All my customers forms are still not being emailed to them for a few days now. I have 43 customers and none of the contact forms are being emailed to them and being stored in the history. Bernadette, I know you have been assiting me with this which I appreciate but the issue is still not fixed and no one in support have responsed to my tickets when I created a case 2 days ago. Don't Weebly Cloud Support work on the weekends?

Any help is appreciated.

The team that manages cloud support is a smaller team, so depending on volume it can sometimes take a little longer for a reply. You should hear from them soon, though, I would think, given the time frame from which you first submitted your requests.

This is a problem I've experienced several times with my clients sites. I got tons of angry phone calls where my clients lost customers and blamed me. And this was about 2 years ago.
Now I have the same issue on my own site. It seems to be another of those problems Weebly never bothers to solve. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to all of us.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your forms as well. I can assure you there have been many engineers spending countless hours trying to recreate and pinpoint the various errors that users have been reporting. Can you please post a link to your contact form page? Can you clarify the exact issue you are running into? Does the form submit? Do you have trouble receiving them in your dashboard or email? Thanks!

I have removed the form and installed a form app from app center. This issue shouldn't have to be a debate here in the coomunity forum. The Weebly forms have been a bug for years and that's totally incomprehensible when the free version of every form app is working perfectly. Form entries shows up in dashboard and notifications are being forwarded to my email address. No fuss. Easy peasy. How the h_ll can this even be an issue with the Weebly forms????

I'm very sorry for the frustration @NightCat. If you have a bug or the product is not working, the best thing to do is contact support through your appropriate support channel. This way the issue can be escalated to our advanced support team and they can work with the engineers to compile data to help resolve the issue. We ask clarifying questions on here because sometimes (not always) but sometimes the issue turns out to be a non-issue that we can help troubleshoot. We also post links directly to these forum threads on the bug comments so that the engineers have access to read the feedback.
