Trying to remove the dark hue on the image on my landing page

I found the code below and removed it but nothing happened.  I see the second block of code below but I don't know if that's what I need to remove/change.  I am using the Brisk - Business theme.

I ended up changing my theme to Clean Lines and it solved the issue.
